I took both kids to the doctor yesterday afternoon. That’s the last time I will make an afternoon appointment at the pediatrician! We had to wait 1/2 an hour to get in to the exam room. Then we waited an HOUR in the exam room, stripped down to their diapers (so I didn’t want to let Mac down on the grody mersa floor), until the doctor came in. UGH. From now on, it’s the first morning appointment for me!
Here’s their stats…
Will at 2 1/2 years old:
Weight – 32 pounds (75th percentile)
Height – 37 1/2″ (80th percentile)
Noggin Circumference – 20″ (yes they measure this – 85th percentile)
Mac at 9 months old:
Weight – 20 pounds, 2 ounces (75th percentile)
Height – 28 1/2″ (75th percentile)
Noggin Circumference – 17 3/4″ (75th percentile)
Everyone is fine. No problems. The doctor said we should definitely be getting rid of Will’s nuk at this point (so watch for those blogs… that should be fun).
